We do not do quote requests over the phone since many factors go into a quote if your artwork is not print ready. Another reason we do requests through email is it allows us to also offer bundle discounts and once we have the detailed emailed quote request we send an emailed estimate back with any discounts we can offer at that time. Our website pricing is the worst case scenario.
If the price or your question can not be answered on our website please include that in your emailed request. We are a small family ran business, less time we are on the phone the more time we have to get our customers products completed fast with quality.

Please read before you start process of design and or printing with us:
All orders that $150 and under need full payment up front.
All other orders over $150 require a Minimum of a 65% deposit before design process or printing are started.
(Design means, you do not have the artwork print ready in proper dimensions with proper bleed.
Print ready does not mean a scan or a picture of a business card from 1998. (it's happened a few times) =)
All business cards and flyer printing needs to be sent to our email as an attachment as a jpeg at 300 resolution, banners and signs are 150 resolution. If your files are in this correct size they will send as attachments. we do not open links to obtain files.
if files are not prepared correctly we are not responsible for the quality the printing of print ready files provided by customer. We do not guarantee they will be 100% perfect. Many factors go into large format printing.
If we have to do anything such as add a logo or a name. There will be design/set up charges , with a minimum fee of $25.00 (Price depends on product. )
JUST PRINT ORDERS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT UP FRONT, CONSISTeNT CUSTOMERS SPENDING OVER $750.00 A MONTH CAN SET UP A NET 30. PRINT READY FILES MEAN THEY ARE PRINT READY. WE DO NOT CHECK FOR SPELLING ERRORS. IF WE NEED TO RESIZE FILES THERE IS A MINIMUM $25 FEE TO DO SO. pLEASE DO NOT SEND FILES THAT YOU HAVE NOT GONE OVER FIRST FOR ERRORS also before you approve the files.
we do not print files until we get "okay to print" from customer once we send the proofs to customer, once approved that is stating you checked for all errors.
Payment types accepted:
-Credit or debit may have a 2.5% charge (if paid online we need a signed invoice by cardholder)
-Company Check (made out to grafix designs) order will not start production until following day when check clears
remaining balances may not be paid by check unless otherwise stated by owner of grafix designs
$50.00 per hour unless you are receiving a sale price special.
Anything over 2 hours on a sale price special will result in an additional $50 minimum charge per hour.
All customers can avoid extra fees if all artwork, logos, pictures are sent in high resolution
(1024X768 OR VECTOR) since most of the printing is designed at 300 dpi.
This means we do not search for photos for your ads, They are provided by you.
Estimates and Invoices at discounted rates are good for two weeks from
issue date.after that date if customer does not follow their end by sending us proper info to proceed with the job in a timely matter,
it is up to grafix designs to extend or decline said discounts.
all text needs to be typed out for designer. reason being, if all text is typed out ahead of time and thought over before even sent to the designer there are less changes and corrections.that results in fewer extra fees for you. If you do this and the spelling is incorrect or improper grammar is used. that is stating you want the design that way. so be sure it is correct, or you will be charged extra for corrections. if you approve a design and there is an error after approval. client is responsible for the printed items.

This way we know exactly what you want before it is sent to the designer
That way there are less changes that result in more charges.
